SuperGEM’s Smallville Top 50 Clois Countdown from Season 8 – Counting down – Moments 50 through 46 … A new set of moments – ideally in groups of 5 – will be posted every THURSDAY until it is complete, so please keep checking my channel, or subscribe, for the updates and to see all 50 glorious Clois moments from Season 8! There may also be a few surprises along the way, in the way of “bonuses,” so keep an eye out for that as well!

LOL….GREAT JOB GEM…..Like Schrelle and Jeezie, I too, can’t get by any day without a Lois & Clark fix of some kind. They’re like an addiction, so sad —-or not! Looking forward to what you have in store for us “fixing-fans”. You’ll definitely keep us entertained all summer before S9 comes back in fall, can’t come soon enough, though.

Frankly, The Top 10 is way too jam packed! BELIEVE me, LOL. It’s a horse race for the Top 5 right now, the votes are very close. Sorry you disagree but I’d love to hear what you think after you’ve see the whole countdown.

I think the #1 moment should be the one you have titled Bullets & Bearclaws (Stiletto). That was my favorite moment with Lois & Clark (and Jimmy). The #2 moment should be one of the scenes in the Phantom Zone. The phonecall from Stiletto should be #3. I didn’t like the phonecall from Doomsday as much (I didn’t like Lois’ treatment of Clark in that episode after everything Clark did for her & after Chloe’s dumb ass caused everything—Lois should give her hell next season for Jimmy’s death).

Perhaps a dumb question….but what does she mean at 3:28 when she says ‘Like father like son.’ I haven’t seen all the seasons…I vaguely remember a flashback epi but I can’t remember everything that happened…didn’t his dad like some human girl? Is that what she is referring to?

I believe she’s referring to the time when Jor-el fell in love with a human girl during his short time on earth. It was in one of the episodes in the earlier seasons.

AHHH…I always wondered the same thing about that line. Good to know, I’ll have to refer back to the earlier DVD epis. Thanks for sharing the info.
BTW…thought ED played a pretty good evil villain (Faora). Pretty cool if she could do that again, but only for a few minutes, she does the whole spicey-humor thing so much better, makes the epis more enjoyable, I think!
