You are right about the comics. In the comics, Lois after hearing from Clark that he is superman (takes place after they get engaged.), admitts to him that she knew in her heart that Superman and Clark Kent were one in the same, but her mind kept on interfearing with her supsions.
He was worried about the fact that one day, to prove to Lois he really does trust her, he will have to tell her his secret, even though he knows this is gonna be probably dangerous for her.
I keep wondering if the writers might change it up a bit with that. As you know, nothing is in concrete with their story. There ‘s has been a few variations of their story over the years..:)
I like the idea that she knows he’s the blur already. I want her to figure it out and not tell him she knows. What he doesn’t know won’t hurt him. Lois can obviously take his “big secret”.
However, I didn’t like the ‘Lana, I can’t tell you who I really am’ eyes at the end.
Me too! If she gets an affirmative on Clark’s identity again, she won’t make the same mistake she made the first time. That would make an interesting season 10.
Interesting I was thinking the exact same thing. Maybe at the end clark finds out she knows then something bad happens to Louis and he goes back in time to save her or by flying like in superman the movie(1 or 2 not sure which one) only to find out that all memory of clark is erased from her mind and thats how she meets clark at the daily planet for the first time. Back to square one like the comic book. This is how he becomes superman, im guessing.
@inmatex But they have used that storyline with lana already! Its going to be repetitive and tedious if they use it again with Lois. I’d like to see that Lois finds out everything by herself and keeps that secret while helping Clark in every way. That’s what Lois told Chloe to do when she found out Clark’s secret.
@RdtheLiterature I kinda feel that the look was not all about ‘tell her or not to tell her’ dilemma like it used to be with Lana. It was a worried look. He is really concerned about what the future holds for him and Lois and above all her safety at all costs.
I really hope that doesn’t happen. That is the one thing about the original Superman film that I absolutely hated. If Clark has the power to simply go back in time and ‘start over’ then seriously, where’s the conflict? If he screws up he can simply spin the world backward and start over? That’s such a cop-out…
I want Clark to be able to tell Lois who he really is instead of her finding out because all the people who knew or knows Clark’s secret have all found out instead of him telling them including Lana and I am not a Clana or Lana fan! So if he tells Lois, we would know that he knows that Lois is his soulmate!

I wonder how she will get her job back at the DP… They had better address that rather than just showing her working there again like she never quit.

Let’s just assume they didn’t take her seriously…how about that? I mean she is one of their top reporters…

When the moment came….I want Clark to say “I Love you” to Lois first than Lois to Clark.

LOIS. *NOT* Louis. *smh* She’s all woman.
febrero 26th, 2010 at 1:57
Awesome. Didn’t even think of this scenario but it would be a perfect way to introduce him as superman in the series finale.
febrero 26th, 2010 at 1:58
they need to get it on first or it will be some major pwnage on the fans.
